The last day of term for a group Year 9s in 2005.The same day, in the same room, once a year for 10 years. A play about friendship and growing up.
We were honoured when the Carriageworks Theatre asked us to create a play for their 10th Birthday. We started with the structure of 10 scenes, set in the same room, on the same day, once a year for 10 years and found ourselves increasingly drawn to stories about friendships started in school which develop and change but remain woven together.
